go to start, run and enter msconfig and enter go to start up and select the programs. be careful if you do not know what they are let them run.

Most programs are started on startup in the "Startup" program folder on your start menu. Some on the otherhand start by the windows registry. It just all depends on the program.

Try this free program, easy to use and warns you of any program trying to add itself to Startup and lets you decide weather to let it or to disable or remove it at any time, you’d be surprised about how many programs do this without telling you

Try Mike Lin's Startup Control Panel. Free, easy install - put it on your desktop, no registry changes. Uncheck boxes to prevent startup. I recommend unchecking everything except your antivirus software.

Windows Key > Run > MsConfig.

You can easily uncheck programs and SERVICES which load when you boot.

go to Run
Type: msconfig
go to startup
and uncheck the things u dont need
