what kind of blade does sakic have?

On the stick side, Sakic currently uses Easton's Synergy SE model. In the past he's also used the Easton Stealth, Synergy and T-Flex models. Before switching to composites, Sakic used Louisville and Canadien wood sticks.

The blade has a long paddle and a fairly high lie and a mid/toe curve. There's a moderate loft in the curve and the blade has a rounded toe. Steve Yzerman switched to the RH version of Sakic's blade in the last few years of career because he liked it so much.

Sakic's custom pattern has no relation to the Easton retail pattern that bears his name.
