A fraud Invesment Company? Scam?

I found out about the Tokyo Commodity Future Exchange, is it a fraud website?
Neither they have a contact number or being Listed as Members and of FCMs.

Are there ANY EXPERTS here?

Unless you have more than $100,000 to invest, you shouldn't be investing in foreign commodity futures. If you don't know if its for real or not, invest in American stocks and mutual funds.
