You become "whole" by loving yourself first, and then having compassion, sympathy, kindness, caring, and empathy for every other person in this world that is not whole and does not have the same life or opportunities that you do. Be thankful for small blessings and value what you have that is not material. Friends, familly, health because these are the most important things there are in this life and no amount of money can buy you real friends or your health or people that really care about you ..family

Well that's a long question. But the short answer is found by looking up what's called "an integrated" personality. In pschological terms it means that a person is able to find good resolutions concerning conflicts between the "id" the "ego" and "the super-ego." In another sense all three interact healthy togethor and each ego state is aware of the needs of the others.

Wholeness, that means completeness. To be complete one must not lack anything in their lives that they deem worthwhile, if they lack anything the cease wholeness. So first if you are on the path of seeking this evaluate what to you is most important and attain those things, BAM you're whole. Though the sad fact is as we progress in life our ideals of wholeness change.

being at peace withyourself, loving who you are and filling your life with family and friends who appreciate that quality of life. Being whole is something we all wait are whole lives to achieve, some people never find inner peace and most people dont love themselves enough to try. believe in something love yourself and make your road to happiness. good luck. p.s. a man will never make you a whole person. only you can do that for yourself

By not asking other people how to become whole. Live for yourself, dont depend on anyone. Or if you must, find that one person that completes you.

I would imagine that the word "whole" is a descriptive to describe a person who takes almost all things in life in moderation, who is emotionally stable, and who is responsible.

That's a pretty vague question, but I would say that in order for someone to become whole, they would need to be satisfied with their lives and with themselves. They wouldn't neccesarily need to be prospering in every aspect, but as long as they accepted who they are and where they are in life, they would be fine.

When they find themselves, or in essence when they find their "inner peace"! This is a vague question but that's what makes it so great.
