I mean, at least Marty was getting in his players' faces, hollering and yelling at his players when they needed it. This Norv clown just looks like he could care less. I couldn't see him winning a playoff game either.

He's the worst in the league at inspiring, coaching, etc., so he fits well with the stupor Chargers horrible management. Even with great talent, the Chargers are basement bound because of really bad management amd horrible coaching.
Replace AJ with Marty and hire a better coach before the entire team is shot.

Absolutely. I thought Norv would ruin the Chargers in a year, but I was wrong. He's much faster than I thought.
