I have all the information now I just have to sum it all up. How do I do this!? What should I say?

Of course you will have to phrase it yourself in your own words or it would be dishonest and plagiarism, but somehow please include the fact that child poverty is no fault of their own.

Give the statistics in a way that makes them personal.
Let the class room represent the children of the world.
Then divide them into sections proportionally by percentage:
Wealthy westerners, who have enough to eat, & go to school.
Those who can get to a school & have 1 good meal a day.
Those who stay home to help family, but cannot eat well.
Those who get sick & die young. etc.
After you describe the conditions of each group,
ask them how they feel about being in that group.
You could make up pieces of paper for each one.
Get them to read out loud what happens to them.
Explain it is just the luck of the draw, where they are from.
Challenge them about they could do to change things.
