You know what? I'm beginning to think that all of us, and that is no exception, experience this personality splitting thing. As we're faced up with multi-sided incidents, we tend to react variably. We certainly have mixed emotions and pulsating faith on dealing with things. At times we are determined, at times we're shaky, and sometimes even lazy. I guess NO ONE is CONSISTENTLY personalized. We all have ups and downs and sideways too. It's our nature as ordinary human beings to be specially divided in thoughts at certain times.

With split personality, the different personality's generally don't know about the other ones, you will have a dominant personality but they won't know about the other personality's - its like separate people.
What you described is not split personality but rather aspects of most individuals - most people can think of reasons why they can and can't do something - that doesn't equal multiple personality's. Its not always about bringing the 2 aspects of your self together cause one might be more sensible and the other a bigger risk taker - like listening to the pro's and con's of a situation.
As the person before me said - do more research before posting a question in the psychology section about split personality that has nothing to do with it.

Concentrate on the " I can" aspect, even though yes aspect B sometimes, does cause a little havoc, but be focused and positive and aspect A can over rule aspect B.

I give myself permission to procrastinate until I can decide which Aspect wins out. I know it's a lazy way to solve a problem, though I'm not sure I would call it a split personality. More likely it's just life being complex.

Hi Rena,I live my life in split frames of mind. I think most of the time,I cannot decide what to do.One thing to the next.It depends on the situation in hand of course. The way to bring the two aspects together,Is to concentrate and focus on the issue. To take time out and think hard on it for the solution. To ask for guidance,Spiritual help. And to find inner peace.

Yes, I do. I am auntb93again on 360, but auntb93backup on Answers. How I could bring them together would take some clever programming on the part of the Sunnyvale bright kids. It seems to be a low priority.

Yes and my better side has been submerged too long. This is definite. There are two of me and that side that I like just doesn't seem to be able to move. I keep waiting for the right day or moment or person or epiphany or....
I never thought of it in terms of bringing two sides together. More like getting rid of the bad side.
Time to meditate. Get back to you later.

firstly @ Rena.....I dont know why i feel that u bring here problems which u face in real world....i am sorry if i am intruding..really...i sense it somewhat...somehow all ur questions are connected...the fit into a perfect mosaic...maybe its because philosophy is as such that everything is connected...maybe
and yes, I sometimes feel that, but really one shouldnt mind the negative aspects. its like activation energy...there would always be an activation barrier which u have to cross to reach the stable equilibrium...like in science...those inhibitions (in form of lame excuses) would come...thats nature....thats everywhere....from the microscopic universe of the atoms and molecules to right up to the level of the universe we live in....human beings are a part of it...so they ought to feel that way...so to reach equilibrium cross the activation barrier...well i know my approach is somewhat messy in this answer..but u probably got the sense right!

I thought it was pretty cute the way that you described ones self. ( Not in a condescending way at all of coarse) It all sounds like normal insecurities and confidence issues that we all deal with on a daily basis. Inner strength and faith in ones self can only be found within.

I take the best of both worlds and try to make it work!
Sometimes i blame my zodiac sign, Gemini.
