Everyone responds differently to weight lifting. Some people make gains quickly, for other people, it takes time to see results.

It depends what you are trying to achieve and how much time you can devote to training and dieting.

I find it a little hard to believe that, at age 16, you have a fast metabolism AND can can weight pretty fast. Its usually one or the other.

In any case, when you say "what results will I have?", the question is, what results do you want?

Training for endurance, training for muscle tone and definition and training for strength and mass are different weight lifting philosophies. You need to define what your goals and objectives are first before we can help develop a program to address your goals.

Then, sticking to the program is up to you.

Depends on genetics, workout, and nutrition. You can't just look at someone's stats and say this or that will turn out. Just because someone gains muscle mass after doing a certain workout regimen doesn't mean you'll have the same gains. You'll have to put your head down stick with it and be consistent. I've been lifting sense I was 15 and have been going non-stop for 11 years. I gained a ton on strength between 16-21 and started gaining mass easier in my 20's. There are guys twice my size who can't lift as much because I've paid my dues one rep at a time.

well, after a month you are going to begin seeing your muscles begin to shape, they will begin to show cuts...after six months you will see what muscles are growing and others you need to work on, after a year, of very good diet and weight lifting you will be in very good shape....when i played football, i was 200 lbs...and after a year i was 240, and i was solid, from working out and having a consistant diet plan to help with my muscle....you need to eat meat! lots of protein, also, i drank protein shakes....sometimes they dont taste very good but if you mix them with milk they wont be bad,
