No I don't. They can have designated smoking areas. It's ridiculous. Next they you know they are going to eliminate buffets because they will be afraid we'll all gain too much weight. Or they have monitors in parking lots that won't let us out unless we have helmets or seat belts on.

well I live in Washington state
and the only public place where you can drink and smoke is in Indian Casinos!
and when they were voting on the law the Indian Casinos are the ones that financed all the publicity to make non-Indian casino places non-smoking places
so it is all a bottom line hoakey smokescreen as far as I am concerned and I am part Native American!
I think there are far to many deceptive laws in our day and age
and I am amazed that so many so blindly fall for all the deceit

No it's not right! I'm having to put up with not being able to smoke in restaurants and they're trying to ban smoking in bars and casinos, I don't know what I will do then.

Nope. If I want to smoke I should be able to. Like you if someone asked me to put my cig out because it's bothering them, I will. I think I should be able to smoke a cig if i'm at a bar and had a couple of drinks and need a smoke.

No it's not right. It's not right that they keep raising the cigarette tax either. Smokers are getting a raw deal if you ask me. Why punish us because we smoke? Next thing you know, they'll fine us if our car, house or apartment smells like smoke.

yes, i do believe that. becuase you dont know who youre smoking around that is allergic to the smoke or who has a bad case of asthma. and maybe they should let certain places get permits to allow people to smoke there such as bars.

I think it's right if it affects the public. I feel like one's rights end where my nose begins. However, outside or in your own private surroundings should be your own personal space and you should do as you please. Restaurants, no smoking, but bars should do whatever the owner desires.

I agree with you. I think bars, bowling alleys, and casinos should be exempt from the no smoking law.
