This could really depend on the type of catfish. If they are corydoras (corys), the food should be something that sinks, although they will help clean up pellets your other fish don't get first. They also love frozen bloodworms.

If it might be an otocinclus (oto), these are primarily algae eaters, so would be more interested in algae pellets, or slices of zucchini or cucumber, or a piece of romaine lettuce. You might have to weight these last few down with some gravel so they don't float away from your fish as they try to eat. A plecostomous (pleco) will eat the same as the oto, although they will also eat a few sinking pellets. But depending on the species, these can get over 18 inches, so it may not stay small. See the photos of these (and other catfish) in the links below to see which of the catfish you might have - these will give you a better idea of whether or not your fish will eat the food you have.

What size of container are they in? The same food should be fine. Place a well-rinsed, sliced green bean (from a can) in the tank. It will sink and the catfish will love it.

As you identified it, it's a cory cat. The cory should just get 2 inches and can be fed most food.

I have a catfish too. they are a kind of algae eater (they eat the algae off of plants and basicly everything else in the tank) so they don't require any food from you but you probably should get some algae disks from any pet store just in case.
