Well if you haven't received your item within a week or so I would try to contact the seller first and see whats up. If they don't respond or give you a straight answer by then, then I would report it and leave negative feedback =)

you need to read teh fine print. i bought an item once adn it said that they wait till the end of the month to ship all items that were bought, adn another time they only ship wednesdays, so just look it over, if you don't see anything, wait one week after expectence date, then report.

i usually give it three weeks, try to contact the seller a couple times, and then report it and pursue getting my money back.

i would wait one month, and try to keep in contact. it's best to give them the benefit at first, because you don't want to over react if they have an emergency etc.
