When you are eating out and find hair in your food, do you pull it out and keep on eating or quit eating?

Today, while at a restaurant, I found a piece of hair in my food and was completely grossed out by it. When I spoke to the manager, he offered to get me some new food, but I declined.

I pull it out and keep eating, though I sometimes (depending where the hair was) I'll eat around the area it was located on it. A little bit of hair isn't going to kill me.
