and built a skatepark in the woods...began to build actually....
I left the project on hold for a while and today my wooden planks are gone and made into a little hut a little further away, a construction that could serve as a ramp just like I wanted to build. 6ft tall, well built, all you have to do is make a slope and you've got a great quarter pipe. I'm so troubled....what could this be? Could the villagers be making fun of me or something??

Only start worrying when they start chasing you with pitchforks.

You attached a meaning to the event that does not necessarily translate as factual.

Emotional states often require that we attempt to understand why something has happened.

It's likely that you are not the only one who sought out the solitude of the spot. If you spend time, you may find someone or some young people who have been using the same space for similar interests.

Assumptions about the motives of others are rarely accurate.

It's on public property, someone may have saw the tools and decided to make a hut bc it was fun. They don't know for certain it's yours and even if they do it's public. Now you can make a ramp, maybe there are other skaters there to join you. The only way to know what the villagers are thinking is to talk to them.

yes i think they may be disliking an outsider entering into their territory. i dont think its just fun, it can get serious, so watch out. the best course will be to ignore minor things and get along with.
