I use to of not forgiven easily but you know when you get older you think more and have to.. for what reason. I say life is toooo short to hold a grudge and make it more easier on yourself to not to do. Live and let live. Love today as if its your last day to breath and live. Turn the other cheek and go on with your life. Its so much easier to have peace within yourself than to hold something that is festering T.

I can forgive more easily than I did 3-4 years ago. I sought counseling from a Christian counselor and he taught me how to forgive others more quickly. I am thankful towards the Lord for that.

It depends on the gravity of the wrongdoing. But I usually forgive easily. When I forgive, I do it more for myself than for the person who wronged me. Resentment poisons the person who refuses to forgive. Of course, it's easier said than done, but we need to make a conscious effort to forgive and to let go.

No I can't say that in a I do...not when it's people who are close to me that do the hurting. I am more apt to forgive someone who doesn't know me well and does/says something because they don't mean as much to me and so I have less invested in a in them. But when it's someone who consistently does things or intentionally sets out to hurt then no. The time for forgiveness is past when you are dealing with shallow people like that.

As they say once burned twice shy. My loyalty and trust is not to be messed with!! ;-)

It depends. Did my BFF just bump me and make me gash my knee open; then I forgive and move on (yet I might make an occasional joke if anyone asks about my knee); or did she just get caught making out with my boyfriend? It really depends on the sitiation. I'd say I always forgive, but when something big happens, I never forget.

I make a point to, though I don't always succeed entirely. I figure everyone makes mistakes and they should always either have the right to a second chance, or at least not have their wrong deed hanging over their head, or brooding within someone. It's better just to let stuff go in the long run.

no. I'm cool but no matter how much people say forgiveness is for you I don't believe it.

Some people aren't worth it.
If I do forgive I brush it off quick and show mostly through actions, words aren't enough.
