Actually, yes I have! I've seen a turkey cross the road right after the chicken too!

Not chickens, but I have seen a flock of ducks crossing the road...they actually stopped traffic on the interstate.
We also see a lot of geese crossing the parking lot at Wal-mart, and wild turkeys crossing the road by my parent's house.
A few different types of fowl, but not a chicken...yet.

I saw a chicken try to cross a road. It turned into mashed chicken.

I've seen a deer, squirrel, goose, possum, bird, dog, cat, duck, guinea, turtle, snake, rooster, fox, rabbit, coyote, and yep I did see a chicken cross the road.
Don't know why they crossed the road but they did, well some didn't make it either.

I saw a turkey cross the road once, naturally the little s*** waited until I was right at him doing 55mph and WHAM!, did a couple hundred dollars damage to the front grille of my Tahoe.
