The velocity of a 150 gram ball changes from < 9, -7, 0 > m/s to < 9.2, -7.3, 0 > m/s in 0.04 s, due
to the gravitational attraction of the Earth and to air resistance.

I know net force and change in rate of mementum should be the same...but I don't know how to get either?

Thanks

Not true
Change in momentum = F*(Dt)so
0.150 ( 0.2,-0.3,0)= F*0.04
so F =15/4 ( 0.2,-0.3,0) Newton
