lights that seem to be "headlights" are unquestionably "touchdown" lights. those are on while the airplane has its kit down, the two at take off or touchdown. They do the best same ingredient headlights on a automobile do. they help the pilot see the runway purely like headlights help a motive force see the line. they actually do no longer help something mutually as they are interior the air, yet they arrive on while the airplane lowers its touchdown kit. while you're quickly in front of a airplane this is touchdown or commencing throughout the time of the day you will see that them on even then. yet at night they are greater seen from exceptionally much any perspective that's why you notice them greater.

The only thing I can tell you is to look at the facts: you're a lot more likely to die in a car accident on the way to work tomorrow morning than you are to die in a plane crash. I love to fly.

My wife does it with 2 bloody marys before boarding. Seriously. She is deathly afraid of flying and the 2 bloody marys calm her enough to board the plane. Once aboard, she goes to sleep as quick as she can.
