Which Amendment protects your right to eat trans fat?

EDIT: "Security checkpoints at borders -- the ability of police to arrest based on probable cause -- licenses to drive cars -- those are ones most people don't argue with." Are these examples also? If so Yikes.

your example is horable and is not true. but the gun control one is infrenging yes. we had tree men walk into chillies' all carring guns in holsters on there sides. they sat down to eat but the rest of the store was uncomfterable and called the cops. the men showed permets and the cops left because they could do nothing about it. there many other examples and you have a point but think before you post. (smile) the trans fats thing is for health reasons. do you want fat people all over the pleace? now I see your point but still, most of the answers listed here are complaining about safty. not things that are limitating are more like gun control and alcohall and freedom of speach is a big one these days. there many ID requierments that both needed and not needed and yes I see you points but your examples are for just normal every day things. try the military with all the body armor restrictions soldgers can't have there own equipment. schools with all there rules there are ones that are needed but most of them are infrendging too.

What does limitating trans fats have to to with a persons individual rights? YET, those who are against this are the same ones who are bitching that the goverment doesn't regulate it

Seat belts -- speed limits -- helmet requirements on bikes -- those are some of the more irrational ones.

Voter ID requirements -- giving your SSN to utility companies -- taxes -- govt regulation of broadcast media -- those are ones that can arguably be justified to some degree.

Security checkpoints at borders -- the ability of police to arrest based on probable cause -- licenses to drive cars -- those are ones most people don't argue with.

Sexual expression. Many states outlaw specific kinds of sex between a man and a woman. As in, oral or anal sex. It's crazy. I won't even mention all the states that ban homosexual acts. That's just as crazy. Two consenting adults should be able to bump uglies how ever they want.

Gun Control (limits 2nd Amendment)

Hate "Thought" Crimes (criminalizing and punishing unpopular thoughts infringes 1st Amendment)
