If you think about it (or watch) most people don't come to a complete stop. We all slow down to nearly a stop but most of us don't 100% stop. As if the car was in park gear.

I make complete stops at stop signs, especially since I was given a nasty ticket by a cop who pulled me over for "slowly rolling through" an intersection with a stop sign.

definatley come to a stop. the way it is today, they probably have a camera inside the "o" on stop.
