I'm not sure about this one, so if anyone can tell me, I would appreciate it loads!!!

Burning sulfur, or any element, typically means you are trying to combine it with oxygen.

There are two products from this reaction: Sulfur dioxide and sulfur trioxide.

So, the equation would be:

S + O2 ~~> SO2 + SO3

I'll leave you to balancing it.

P.S.

Sulfur dioxide and Sulfur trioxide are both highly toxic, proving fatal within 10 minutes of exposure above 5 ppm.
