Whats wrong with my computer i need help big time?

whenever im on the internet or just on anything thins long and skinny box that sais myftp.exe - Bad image and underr it sais the aplicattion or dllc.... and difirent boxses pop up that says its not a vallid image so wat is wrong and how do i get rid of it . it also sais please check this against your installation diskette so wat do i do

Update and run your antivirus software

Try rolling windows back using system Restore to a date before it started showing up, and see if that gets rid of it. :)
