help with those three words, I love you?

My spanish partner keeps telling me he loves me, but the feeling isn't mutual. How do I make him stop without being insanely rude?

Learn to say in Spanish, "No we are only friend"

If the problem continues, I would talk to the teacher for a change in partners due to the perceived harassment.
