Persia is a country -- now called Iran, though bits of the old Persian empire extend into other countries in the region.
Arabia is a sub-region -- referring to the peninsula -- and includes Saudi Arabia as well as some other counties.
They are different areas of the Middle East -- though some definitions have them as slightly overlapping.

they are not the same. persians are from iran, arabs are from everywhere else in arabia. persians speak a language called farsi, though many of them speak arabic too. arabs are mostly muslim and many persians are too, but many persians are zoroastrian.

No, they are different ethnic groups just as the Spanish and the Germans are different ethnics groups tough they both live in Europe.
