No, not hairless arms. Hairless underarms, yes, but not hairless arms. Seems un-natural (like shaving underarms and legs is natural).
Genital region - up to you, I like everything from all natural to all clear. Trust me, if I'm there, it's great the way it is!!!

Well, for me, I'm not a fan of hair (well, other than on your head), so I prefer smoothness everywhere.
