You would think in the year 2 double-oh-seven they would take advantage of the marketing opportunity but someone really dropped the ball on it.

Wow...never even considered that. It would have been cool if they launched Casino Royale (the restart of the franchise) this year.

Good thought.

EDIT: Caveman - John Cleese's character was 'R'...they didn't want to use 'Q' after Desmond Llewelyn (who played Q in all but the first Bond movie) died in 1999.

I was wondering that myself actually when the last one came out. They totally wasted an opportunity there. And we even had a 07/07/007. They really should have been thinking farther ahead.

2008 isn't quick enough/ about two years apart.. they call it #22 as title in progress, they need to release one with the new moneypenny and Q so we don't forget them especially John Cleese as Q....

they are taking the time of directing and producing the next movie to make sure that make a worthy follow up to casino royale

i never thought about that. it would make sense bein 07 and all, but i heard that a future bond movie would have Daniel
Radcliffe(harry potter) as its star.
