Have house with dept. Two grown kids still at home. Still here because do not have anywhere to go.

First thing get a lawyer, second thing - tell your spouse you have a lawyer and are serious about divorcing, third thing - tell the kids "get a job and find an apartment of your own because I'm getting divorced and the house is going to be sold".

What? House with what First sit down and tell your spouse you want one and then file paperwork with an attorney. Two grown kids at home that should not be a problem. Find a place to go once you confer with spouse.

Find out how much you each owe together and spearately. Find out how much debt you own on your house and either give her the house and if she ever sells it than she ows you half. You should not have to pay alimony or child support so take your pay check and go out and get an apartment. See a lawyer and have her served with papers!

Someone has to leave because you have to file for legal seperation. Atleast her in SC you do. Call legal aide and ask them.
