I heard it was like $80 a person. Is that actually true it seems like alot. Also how long of a drive is to the Canyon from Vegas?

Yes, it's $80. And they don't let you bring your camera. It's also not in the main visiting area of the canyon, you have to drive out to the remote Hualapai indian reservation, Grand Canyon West. It's actually a little closer to Vegas but it's not the most scenic part of the canyon and it's not on the way to the South Rim.

If you are going to the South Rim, it's about 5 1/2 hour drive from Vegas. I went to the South Rim in May and it was amazing. Many different views. Many hiking trails, accommodations, shuttle busses, parking, lots to see and do.

The North Rim is harder to get to and is not open all year.

To actually go out onto the Grand Canyon Skywalk is only $25. However, it's in a remote area on a reservation, and you have to get there first. Combined with the cost of transportation and entrance to Grand Canyon West, the total is about $75.

Yeah it is $80. They make you wear these things on your foot but it's already scratched..it's not even that scary lol

wait it out and cheaper next year
