Hehe all of them! All cities have some of the worst drivers. Personally I think NJ has some of the worst drivers I've ever seen.. (sorry if anyone is from Jersey)

In a national study, Rhode Island was voted the worst. Los Angeles is probably pretty bad. Contrary to popular belief, New Jersey and us New Yorkers (in NY state, not the city) are not so bad. The town I live in has a few...questionable shall we say, drivers.
