I am given two structures and asked to complete the acid base reaction. I'm not sure how to do this and it is hard to explain without the structures given. This is the best I could do. The 2nd one is supposed to be a hexagon with 3 double bonds. And please ignore the periods; I didn't know how else I could deal with the spacing. How do I change them to a base? I thought I was supposed to remove a hydrogen but that is not working. Can someone please help?? Thank you!
