No - the definition of virgin is not having had intercourse. A tampon doesn't have intercourse with you.

Can a tampon rip your hymen (if you still have it)? Sure, but that doesn't make you non-virgin.

Absolutely NOT. The only way to "devirginive" yourself is to have penetrative sex with a guy. Best of luck!

The person above me is right. You need to have sex to be "de-virgined"...sex with another person. In terms of the hymen, it's possible for the tampon to break it, but I think quite unlikely, especially if you use the slimmer versions.
