That's a tough one. Most lenders probably would be to keen on granting a loan in your circumstance. I'm sure you've already considered approaching a friend or family member?
To establish a credit rating/ history, you might consider applying for a Secured Credit Card.

You make less than $18,000 per year and you want to borrow $6,500?!?!?!?! Not gona happen.
I suggest you don't buy what you are planning to buy, or save up and pay cash for it.
You might try getting a better job or an additional job.

A good rule of thumb is if you can't afford it don't buy it. Save up and buy the item you want.
