The x(t)=x0+v*t will solve this
convert km/hr to m/s by dividing by 3.6
for the cheetah
x(t)=0+110*t/3.6
for the gazelle
x(t)=91.6+80*t/3.6

When they are at the same x(t), there is a catch
91.6+80*t/3.6=110*t/3.6
or
t=91.6*3.6/(110-80)
