Well polo the brand is a horse..or mustang or whatever you want to call it but I think that most people would consider a "polo" to be a shirt with a collar.

An actual Polo shirt by Ralph Lauren will have a polo player on a horse embroidered on it in some way. A generic polo is fashioned after the style. Lacoste makes polo style shirts with alligators on them.

Polo is a brand by Ralph Lauren. Pretty much all short sleeve collared pullover shirts with those three buttons are called polos, though. Just like not every kleenex you use is made by the kleenex company.

of course not. heres a polo with out a symbol which is basicly what a polo looks like
it's mens but still that's basicly a polo but if you were to bbuy it from a place that has a logo it would usualley have a logoi got some with gap without a logo
