Ok sO iM a ChEer leader for woodlands elite.. i want to become a flyer for the new team..and i need to do a scorpion.. is there any way to get any more flexiable???

Stretching. If you cheer for an elite squad, will your coaches work with you - or is the new squad a bad thing....

I tell all of my cheerleaders to really look at about.com's cheer site for all sorts of tips and pics.
