I love the name Fox too, But just in case, you should probably use it with another name, so that should the necessity arise (as in job applications, etc), it could be shortened to an initial.

As a middle name, I think it would be fine. As a first name? Not really. Alex, Felix, Dexter, Jackson - lots of names have the "x"/"ks" sound that makes Fox appealing, with much, much less baggage.

It is strange. But I think you could use it. Just be sure to give the child a solid middle name in case they disapprove of Fox when they are older.

Fox Mulder...the X-Files. Just keep that in mind because that is what people will think of. I'm not in love with it but it's not the most God awful name I've ever heard either.

well, it is the name of an animal, but I think that it is beautiful and unique. People know foxes for being slick, and beautiful, so i dont see the problem with naming your child that. I love it!
