Some of Eminem's songs: Marshall Mathers, When I'm gone, Till I colapse, Bully and etc...
Runaway Love - Ludacris - is a good song too...

I reckon most of Tupac's songs have meaning, but another person is Eminem (some of his songs). I personally like Sing for the Moment, which has a great message, Hailies Song and Lose Yourself.
