Good question. I usually put my left leg first, as is true of most people who are right handed. If you are right handed, you are left footed, if you are left handed, you are right footed. You USUALLY 'lead' with the foot that is 'strongest' just as you 'write' with the hand that is strongest. Occasionally, though, I do lead with my right foot, because I broke a toe on my left foot and it 'hurts' to lead with that foot sometimes, still. My doctor said it may that 5 years or more for me to want to 'rely' on leading with my left foot again.
