I've read that some people have lucid dreams multiple times a month but is it possible to have a lucid dream everynight?

Lucid dreams (and dreams you can remember, for that matter) are the result of your mind not being in a deep enough state of sleep to not have any conscious awareness. Basically, if you can remember or control your dream, it's because you're not sleeping very soundly. So if you had a lucid dream every night, that would mean you weren't getting very restful sleep. Eventually, it would stop when your body got so tired it would force you into a deep sleep.

It's probably possible. I experimented with lucid dreaming a while back and it worked every time. But I stopped, because our dreams are supposed to release repressed thoughts and desires from our subconscious and by controlling the outcome of those dreams, I felt I was doing something unhealthy. I've decided to let my dreams take me where they may and save my control for my waking life.

I think it's possible, but it's not recommended because it interferes with your REM sleep.
