Lobster with butter, Oysters on the half shell? What is your favorite?

I like calamari costa brava and mussels and I really liked smoked salmon. Smoked halibut is even better than salmon but cold-water lobster with drawn butter is tops.

Fried clams for me. I actually like them best tossed onto a Caesar salad.
