My singers and songwriters meetup--an end of the summer picnic in Central Park. Food, music, singing, meeting lots of new people. Reconnecting with some I had met at a previous meetup. Introducing an old friend of mine to the group. Moving past my little bouts of social anxiety (when meeting new people.) Had an excellent time, even though I did encounter some peo. who, let's just say, could stand to work on their peo. skills.

when my oldest was accepted to Wellesley College yes my child who was raised in the Ghetto, inner city, whatever you want to call us poor folks. i was very upset when i couldnt return to work because we had to change our life style (70+k down to barely 30k) but being poor helped her obtain almost a full scholarship (44k) she only had to obtain a cpl of loans, this will be her Junior year if i were still working my gross would be way over 100k i last worked in 2002 @ 70k but since i dont work, file taxes etc.., she will obtain most of her education free Thank you Jesus!!!!!!! most folks that are poor usually discourage the youth, telling them college is not in their budget and they might as well go to a community college . FYI all children who take their education seriously can go to any college if they keep their GPA 3.00 & higher, colleges will start contacting them my other dtr is in her senior yr & she has already begun receiving literature from several colleges even the one her sister had her heart set on "Barnard" (Wellesley's sister college), Boston, Clark just to name a few we as a people (Nation) should always encourage children of today that education is the key out of poverty (shucks i'm going to b a rapper) :0 :0 ;)

nothing really, forgot the last time I got butterflies....but get some weak ones thinking about moving to the beach in baja ,cal, and getting the heck out of the USA
after I visit my family and friends.
