Any ways to tell through looks or the way someone moves whether a woman is lesbian or not so I don't waste my time on them.

Look around on the internet and you can find a gaydar device, or you could build one yourself. It will beep rapidly when you approach a lesbian, but make sure you have it set to "woman" instead of "man" or it will give you false-positive readings alot. Good luck.

Not really. If she is a lesbian, I'm sure she will tell you. You can't really tell by looking at the way she moves. If someone who asked a question like this approached me, I would not ever consider sleeping with them so that tactic isn't going to tell much about her sexuality.

The only way you will know is if she tells you. A word of advice, just because a woman rejects your advances does not mean she is a lesbian. You just might not be her type.

When she is holding another woman in sweet embrace.

Although I can help you with a better question. How do you know a gal is a guy?

The tip is they tend to act overly feminine.

If her tongue is in another girl's mouth, you may at least suspect she may be gay. If not, don't prejudge. You may lose out on a great lady as a friend or future mate.

They're normally pretty anti-male, so that sticks out. If she starts portraying males negatively then move on.

Heck, what's with the thumbs down? All the lesbians I've met are anti-male. If you don't like that then stop being anti-male. And being anti-male just makes you look more anti-male. Duh.
