i have a spirit/spirits that are with me constantly..i don't see them just feel them..the experience is sometimes scary,sometmes calm..

I have heard someone running up the stairs when I've been in the house alone on 2 occasions, now the hairs on the back of my neck have stood up.
I love all that stuff

I am haunted when i try to and when i am sleeping,i see people place's i dont know and have never been to,and i see things about people just by talking to them... i try not to use that ability because i beleave it to be evil... just happens...
but to answer your question...no i have not seen a spirt face to face apart from the one i am drinking now...

I don't believe in that stuff....
However, at my old house (built in 1950, and the wife died)...
I had cups and glasses glide across the counter.
