I wanted to know if a Compaq Presario C502US can be sent to China from the U.S. Its a laptop, and i'm not sure if it can be sent to China since i asked the mailing service and they don't know

China doesn't give a rats azzz what you send as long as its not illegal. Computers and their components are not one of them. If you were to send a shipping container of laptops and try to get around their tariffs, then you would be breaking the law. Or if you sent a carton of hash, you'd have china and USA authorities to answer too.
Follow the guys advice that mentioned UPS.

Are you asking if you can MAIL that laptop? Sure. Just put it in a box with all the correct packaging (protective foam) and in a box. Just send it via usps and labeled correctly (look on the usps website for the correct way to label out of country mail.

You had better check on the eportation laws. They are getting pretty strict on what you can export now days.
