ur in the wrong section..but ill help anyways..
okay lets see....umm...id say maybe target, and forever 21 if your a girl or gap and old navy....its hard to say i live in a warm enviroment....those are places id consider to have pretty clothing and really affordable prices...and maybe walmart but im not sure cause i havent bought any clothes from there...sorry that's all i can seriously think of...

In the comics world - you'd probably want to model you're winter clothing after someone who enjoys the cooler climate -
Perhaps someone like Mr Freeze or Captain Cold, though I would stay away from super-villainy.
