i tell myself this:
Go for it,
Try it,
Give it all you got,
JUST do it.
Even if the outcome isn’t what you wanted,
Be satisfied because you TRIED.
Shake it off,
Take a deep breath,
Redeem yourself and get back in the game.
Anger comes from fear.
Don’t fear it.
Don’t give in to it.
Find out a way to defeat it.
Don’t be afraid to attempt,
Be afraid that you don’t have the guts to attempt.
Don’t let your fears control you,
TAKE OVER yourself.
And don’t let anger get to you,
Because that is how you expose your weakness to your opponents.
Remember,
No one is naturally good at something.
All takes hard work.
And even if some are natural,
Doesn’t mean they are the best.
If you try hard enough,
And if you work hard enough,
You will get what you want.
You will be as good as the ones that WERE better than you.
Don’t ever give up,
Take it as LIFE or DEATH.
Make it better,
Put an effort into it,

Just try to be yourself when youmeet others, that way you dont have to remember any lies. Dont try to impress people, they catch on easily to a phony, and that just leaves you on the outside again. LOL
