i used to be a cheerleader it isnt so much exersizes its more the flexibility so do A LOT of strecthing and practicing it if you have a trampolina practice on it and if you dont maybe hang out with a friend who does most cheerleaders do i remember my cheer days so long ago im gonna try out for this years 12th grade squad good luck!

try frog jumps.
start on your toes and bend your legs and touch the floor with your hands so your in a squat like position.
then do a toe touch but jump from the squat position.
this will build leg strength so when you do it standing up it will be easier.

Stretching, and practicing. Look at about.com's cheerleading site.. they have tips to improve your toe touches. i used them on my squads and they helped, MAJORLY.
