I don't know, but having been to Estonia, I would agree that I regularly saw some of the most beautiful women ever. Also, it was not all blonde hair, actually I saw more brunette women that anything, but a fair mix. I would say that among other things, Estonia women try to stay fashionable and wear attractive / flattering clothing, while staying away from the unflattering, gender-neutral fashions. Still, its not just about the way they dress, but overall beauty and strength of character that shows through.
To echo an earlier comment, never refer to a true Estonian as Russian. The USSR illegally occupied Estonia during WWII and it is an insult to refer to true, ethnic Estonians as Soviets or Russians.

Because we are much less uptight than some other nationalities and it shows in our appearance.
Also, as to one of the previous responses. You do not refer to an Estonian as a russian.

I live in estonia and its Great great country and i think with the most beautiful women in the world the reason is Estonian women are just beautiful :)

I met a 35 year old young woman from Estonia in Orlando, Florida. I found her in top physical shape and
very beautiful and down to earth pleasant to talk to.

Beauty, as I was once told, and believe, is in the eyes of the beholder. What is considered "beautiful" to you may not be to another. I have seen pictures of many, many Russian women and I don't know that they are any more beautiful than any woman right here in the US. Sometimes, the skin tone of a woman, or her hair, or even her 'accent' can be attractive to a man. These women come in all sizes, shapes, hair color; have features that are the same as anywhere.
I don't think there is any one answer to your question. Only you can respond based upon how many you have seen and/or experienced.

Think of all the different nations that have ruled over Estonia: Danish, German, Swedish, Polish, Russian. They were here for a while so... there's lots of variety in our gene pool.
One could say we've been f*cked. ;)

thank you! i guess allot of people find baltic girls pretty because they look like a mix of Scandinavians, Russians, and central europeans, and i guess that just makes a pretty mix!
