Generally, the LCM is defined for two or more numbers, but if you want to define the least common multiple of a single number, it would obviously be the smallest multiple of that number. The smallest multiple of 19 is 19. So LCM (19) = 19.

no.19 can only be divided by 1 and itself.

least common multiple is a multiple of TWO numbers. maybe you're talking about GCF which is greatest common factor. in that case, 19 does NOT have a gcf since it is a prime number.
