Well, some people don't because thick and noticeable hair doesn't often grow on thighs, but on some people it does, and some people like to shave the unnoticeable hair, a lot of people just shave it as part of the leg, and others just leave it to be unless it gets hairy... so it's up to you really.

What I do is shave them during the summer because of swim suits and stuff and then during the winter I shave them like every few times I shave my lower legs. You know that hair grows in more coarse the more you shave so unless you are completely disgusted by it then I would keep shaving to a minimum. But it really is completely up to you.

there's no right or wrong answer for this, because it is up to the female whether they think it's something they should do. some women are against shaving at all, and others do it as a regular form of upkeep. so shave if you want to, but if not; you're no worse off than if you did in the first place.

i only shave the front of my thighs, the back of my upper leg is kinda useless for me to shave, since the only hair there is blonde, and i'm very pale, so it doesn't show up, unless you get up close and look at my leg.
so i only shave half.

it depends on the girl, my mom always told me just the lower legs but I sometimes feel the need to shave off those hairs, it takes forever right? You can if you want to there's no harm in it.

We're not "supposed" to shave. There is no law that says we hae to. We do it because it looks and feels nice. You can shave your thighs if you want. I do.

you only need to shave your thighs if the hair is visible. i shave mine.

i do. it would look kinda wierd when your in your bathing suit and you have the bottom of your leg shaved but not your thigh.

Well it depends. if you are a girls who wears pants all the time everyday then no. but if you are a girl who likes to wear shorts and skirts and just about anything else then yes.

most do, but until I was 12 I was only allowed to shave under my knees.
