I have caller ID that I look at before I answer. I have a couple of pushy friends. But I have this really neat feature on my phone that is "Do no Distrub". If I turn it on it automatically goes to the machine, use that one a lot. My son said it is rude!! I say if he is that worried about it than answer the phone himself which he never does!!!

I ALWAYS keep my home phone off...when I decide to turn it on, I have special ring tones for some people. But still if it's the ring tone I don't wanna hear, I don't bother to answer. I only keep it on cause of my Internet access...☺

I cringe and then look at caller ID and still wait to call them back. I hate telephones almost as Jehovah's Witnesses at my door!! I am a loner.

I try to find the phone before the 5th ring. It usually migrates all over the house.

Sometimes I actually answer it. At other times I let the answering machine get it. I don't have caller ID. If I did I probably wouldn't ever answer the phone. LOL.

when the phone rings, ours yells out the number or name of party calling .......we all wait to see if we recognoze the number if not then we check the caller id, we're a fickle fam. aka(funny acting)

I answer it. Sometimes I let it go to voice mail. Sometimes I check the caller ID screen first, then answer.

I check to see who`s calling and then either pick up or not (I always have fun with the telemarketers!)
